Alfredo Ramos, a U.S. Navy veteran and Business Manager at Ramos Law Group, is running the NYC Marathon to support Backpacks For Life. With 20+ years of leadership in law and tech, he’s passionate about giving back to fellow veterans through personalized support and essential resources.
Dominick is a former Marine and now a Business Banker at M&T Bank, preparing to run his first marathon. As a veteran who faced his own challenges transitioning to civilian life, he runs for those fighting even tougher battles. Driven by a deep belief that no veteran should be left behind, Dominick runs with purpose and pride.
Drew O’Brien, a New Jersey-based creative director and founder of Make Cool Sh*t, is running his first NYC Marathon for Backpacks For Life. A longtime supporter since 2017, he’s racing to help homeless and at-risk veterans access the tools they need to thrive.
“Iron” Mike Steadman, a former Marine Infantry Officer and national boxing champ, is the founder of The MisFits, helping bold, underdog founders build standout brands. A veteran, author, and self-taught business expert, he's running the NYC Marathon to empower fellow MisFits and support veteran reintegration.
