Being A Leader In Trying Times...
Last Spring, we had the opportunity to share what being a leader is to us with SAGE Publishing, a group that creates educational content on a variety of topics . It seemed only fitting that just this past week, we received the final cuts of our videos that were filmed at our storage facility & the offices of one of our board members almost a year ago!
As we navigate through these new, unpredictable times and the hardships that we’re facing as a result of COVID-19, these videos are a reassuring reminder of why we do what we do for the Veteran community. We wanted to share the 3 segments which cover the topics of Authentic Leadership, Grit & Resilience and Servant Leadership. As a team, having the opportunity to rewatch what we filmed almost a year ago, has been a welcome reminder to push forward and always continue the mission.
